Simply enter the names (or letters) you want while ordering — our team engraves each piece to order and double-checks every detail before it ships.

Will my gift arrive before Christmas?

Yes — order by December 10th and your gift arrives in time. Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days anywhere in the U.S.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders over $50. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If anything isn't perfect, reach out and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, no hoops.

Can I change the names after ordering?

Yes, within 12 hours of placing your order — email us at support@familymaxi.com as fast as possible and we'll update it before production starts.
